By signing below, I am affirming that I have read and understand the rules as provided on the Poinsettia Community Club Pool Rules and Membership Contract. I understand that I may have a copy of these available to me at
www.poinsettiasc.org and a printed copy can be viewed at the pool. I understand that I am responsible for the actions of any Minor or Guest using the PCC facilities under my membership and agree to make them aware of these rules. I agree to hold harmless the PCC and its Board of Directors from any harm to myself, my children, or my guests resulting from the use of any PCC facilities.
